If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. mzlogin will notify you of this decision and the reasons for it via your registered email within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the mzlogin support team. Any eligible balance will be returned to your original payment method after the required verification process is completed. Self-exclusion can also be requested as a responsible gaming measure.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mzlogin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings.

Mzlogin does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. In the event of a technical disruption, mzlogin will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will consider each case fairly.
